In the dynamic landscape of skincare, the abundance of information often overwhelms consumers. Through qualitative interviews and personal experiences, it became evident that individuals struggle with identifying suitable products, establishing routines, and maintaining consistent practices. Recognizing this market gap, a team of MBA students at Anderson embarked on a capstone project to develop an app that not only addresses these challenges but also incorporates principles from behavioral psychology to enhance user engagement.
